Cougar Companies is a full-service general contractor headquartered in Fort Myers, Florida. Since 1968, three generations of our family have built roads, bridges, water treatment plants, schools, hospitals, and commercial developments across Lee, Collier, Charlotte, and Sarasota counties. We self-perform over 85% of our work, which means tighter quality control, faster schedules, and lower costs for our clients.

We handle mass earthwork and land clearing, underground storm and sanitary sewer installation, water main construction, concrete foundations and flatwork, tilt-wall panel erection, roadway paving, and precision concrete cutting and coring. Every dozer in our fleet runs GPS-guided grade control. Our survey team uses drone photogrammetry and LiDAR to capture accurate topographic data before we break ground.
